At Double & Stitch, customer satisfaction is our priority. We encourage you to thoroughly check your items upon receipt. If there is an issue, please notify us within 14 days at doubleandstitch@yahoo.com so we can evaluate and address it.

Please note:

  • Personalized Items: Due to the nature of custom orders, personalized items cannot be refunded unless there is a defect.
  • Defective Items: If your item has a defect, please reach out within 14 days so we can review and resolve the issue as promptly as possible.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Returned unworn, unused, with tags attached, or in their original packaging.
